HOW DOES IT WORK?
Sound has been used as a tool to aid relaxation and deeper states of consciousness throughout our ancestral timeline. Sounds are played within a framework and understanding that encourages slower brainwave functioning, helping to steady the heart rate, blood pressure and the body’s systems.
Sound therapy uses carefully selected frequencies, notes, rhythms and therapeutic playing techniques to encourage deep relaxation and help release built-up stress and tension.
Different sounds and vibrations are intentionally layered and paced throughout the session to support nervous system regulation, quieten the mind, and promote a greater sense of balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.
BENNIFITS
Physical
Shift from fight or flight, into rest and digest. Loosen the body, lower the heart rate and feel the benefits of the relaxation response including better sleep, hormonal balancing, digestion, reduce stress related aches and headaches.
Emotional
Step into a safe space to slow down and let the noise drop away. Let your mind settle and make room for your emotions to breathe, leave feeling more grounded and in touch with yourself.
Mental
Quiet the mind, let the mental clutter ease, shh the noise bringing clarity of mind, greater confidence and sharpen that inner voice.

What sould I expect?
Once you arrive and feel comfortable, you’ll simply lie down, relax and be. There’s nothing you need to do — just listen, breathe and allow the sound to do its thing.
Each session begins and ends with a short meditation, breathwork and gentle activity to help you settle and wake.
Every session brings its own unique experiancce, taking you on a different journey within yourself.
As part of the unwinding process, it’s completely natural for the mind to wander before it begins to settle.
You may experience different thoughts, feelings, sensations or images along the way. There is nothing you need to force or figure out — simply allow whatever arises to move through you, and let the sound guide you back into a deeper state of relaxation. Most people call it a 'sureal experiance'.
After feelings:
The Space After
When we slow down and become still, thoughts, feelings and sensations can naturally come to the surface that we may not have had space to notice before.
This is why the time after a session can be just as valuable as the session itself.
There is no right or wrong way to feel afterwards.
Giving yourself permission to rest, and reflect on your journey, and transition back into a more active state takes compassion and self love.

Aftercare:
Aftercare is an important part of the process, giving your body and mind time to integrate the experience, settle into a deeper state of rest and support the lasting benefits of your session.

Welcome to Your Sound Journey -
A gentle read before attending your session
Before You Arrive
Please arrive around 5 minutes early to allow time for parking and settling into the space and for the completion of a client consultation form.
A Safe & Nurturing Space
This is your time to rest, receive and reconnect through sound. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to respond. You may experience deep relaxation, emotions, thoughts, physical sensations or simply a sense of stillness.
My Training & Approach
I am currently working towards my qualification with the Sound Healing Academy, a respected training provider with a structured, research-informed approach to sound healing and wellbeing.
I am not a therapist or psychologist. My sessions are non-clinical and focused on supporting relaxation, self-care and wellbeing through sound. Everything I offer is guided by my training, experience and genuine passion for this work.
Personal Boundaries & Comfort
All instruments are played away from the body, either around or above you. Sounds may be gently moved around you to create a flowing, immersive experience.
There may be minimal, gentle touch during some sessions, such as light contact on the shoulders or forehead to support grounding and relaxation. This is always optional and will be discussed with you beforehand.
Please let me know in advance about any sound, scent or mobility sensitivities so I can adapt the session accordingly. There is never any pressure to speak or interact — this is your experience.
Health & Safety/Contraindications

-
Pregnancy, particularly during the first trimester

A little about Chloe
Like many people, my life journey has had its highs and lows, and sound therapy has helped me transform my own self which is why I am so passionate about sharing it with you.
Through participation in sound baths, and similar events, to client feedback, I have developed a strong understanding of the difference between intentional, high-quality sound therapy vs the approaches that can feel more gimmicky or superficial. My main aim is to be proud of what I deliver and know it is pure, and has meaning and to find that client base that value what I can offer.
I aim to create a safe space for people to relax, release and then augh and/or cry there way through to the other side.. as the sound aids them with processing lifes events and emotions. I am currently completing my professional training with the Sound Healing Academy and bring a genuine commitment to care, integrity and continual learning to every session.
I am honest, transparent and humble. You are in safe hands.
