Ground yourself, enjoy relaxation & unlock your potential

A warm welcome to Clarity Sound Therapy - offering 1:1, couple, and small group sound therapy sessions.

Do you ever feel sluggish, heavy, or unmotivated? As though your body is stiff or holding onto tension, carrying layers of past experiences or emotions? Perhaps something feels out of balance, or you find yourself stuck in a constant state of “fight or flight,” with heightened stress levels making it difficult to truly rest.

You might also notice that after a challenging or stressful life event, you’re left with emotions that feel difficult to process or release. Sound healing can support those looking to gently release stored energy and emotion—whether from everyday stress or more significant life experiences.

Despite the name, a sound bath doesn’t involve water. Instead, it’s an immersive experience where you are “bathed” in sound and vibration as it moves around and through the body.

Sound therapy is an ancient practice, used across cultures for thousands of years. My approach is a contemporary, professional interpretation, informed by both training and research. I integrate traditional wisdom with structured practice, drawing from teachings of the Sound Healing Academy.

At its core, sound healing involves the intentional use of percussion and tonal instruments to create therapeutic vibrations and frequencies. Instruments may include crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and more.

Sound therapy can work on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. The vibrations, tones, and frequencies used may help to ease muscular tension, support the release of physical discomfort, calm a busy or racing mind, and encourage the body to move out of “fight or flight” into a more restful, regulated state. When the body begins to relax, this can have a wider impact—supporting better sleep, improved mood, increased focus, and a greater sense of connection to yourself and others.

The sound itself often takes you on a journey. You may become aware of thoughts, feelings, or emotions that have been sitting beneath the surface. As this naturally processes, it can lead to moments of clarity, realisation, or gentle emotional release—helping you feel lighter, more balanced, and more aligned moving forward. The result is a deeply immersive experience—one that can be soothing and restorative, or powerful and transformative, even within a single session.

Every session at Clarity Sound Therapy is tailored to you. Each experience is guided intuitively and intentionally, adapting to what you need in the moment.

Sessions may be gentle, slow, and deeply calming—supporting nervous system regulation, rest, and recovery. At other times, they may become more dynamic and expansive, encouraging emotional release, inner processing, and deeper transformation. The approach is always responsive, guided by your energy, your intentions, and what naturally unfolds during the session.

Sound therapy works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. It creates space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

If you feel drawn to explore this work, I hope it sparks a sense of curiosity and possibility. I look forward to welcoming you into the experience.

All the love, Chloe

A little about Clarity Sound Therapy

About Chloe - your facilitator

My journey into sound healing began through personal experience. After sessions, I often felt a deep sense of clarity in my thoughts and emotions—those quiet “ah ha” or “oh wow” moments where things simply made sense, and I felt more at ease in how to move forward. That feeling stayed with me and eventually inspired the work I now share with others.

Like many people, my path has included both highs and lows. Over the years, I’ve explored different approaches to wellbeing, always seeking more balance, peace, and joy in everyday life. Sound healing became a powerful part of that journey. It offered a space where I didn’t need to talk, analyse, or have everything figured out—I could simply rest, listen, and allow whatever needed to arise, to come up naturally.

Alongside this, I’m also a first-time mum to a beautiful baby girl who has brought so much meaning and perspective into my life. Balancing motherhood with studying and growing this practice means that everything I offer comes from lived experience, care, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

I am currently training with the Sound Healing Academy, a respected and accredited organisation known for its professional and in-depth approach to sound therapy. While I am still completing my qualification, I work in alignment with the guidance and practices from my training, offering sessions with care, integrity, and intention. I am not a therapist or psychologist, but someone who deeply values rest, self-care, and creating supportive spaces for others.

About Clarity Sound Therapy

Clarity Sound Therapy was born from the sense of clarity I experienced through sound healing—those moments of inner stillness and understanding that can feel both subtle and powerful. This space has been created to offer that same opportunity to others.

My intention is to create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment where you can simply be. There is no pressure to talk, open up, or “do” anything. Instead, you are invited to relax, listen to the sound, and allow your body and mind to respond in their own natural way.

Each session is designed to support relaxation, balance, and emotional release, offering a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself. Whether you are seeking rest, clarity, or simply a moment of pause, the experience is shaped to meet you where you are.

I invite you to step into the experience with openness, allowing the sound to guide you—gently, naturally, and in your own way.

Welcome to Your Sound Journey -

A gentle read before attending your session

Etiquette

To help create the best possible experience, please arrive on time (around 5 minutes early) to allow for parking and to settle into the space. Sessions take place in a calm, professional environment where mutual respect and consideration are important.

Please come with an open mind and a willingness to participate. You don’t need to feel “calm” beforehand—if you arrive feeling stressed, anxious, emotional, or high in energy, that’s completely okay. Just let me (Chloe) know, and I will support you accordingly. My intention is to create a safe, comfortable space where we both feel at ease, allowing the session to flow in the most beneficial way.

A Safe and Nurturing Space

This is your time to rest, receive, and reconnect through sound. Every experience is unique—there is no right or wrong way to feel. Some sounds may bring deep relaxation, while others may gently bring awareness to emotions or physical sensations.

You are always in control of your experience. If anything feels uncomfortable, you can shift your attention to your breath or body, or simply adjust your position. You’re welcome to move, sit up, or reposition yourself at any time to feel more at ease.

What to Expect / Your Engagement

Sessions are held in a cosy studio space, either 1:1 or in small groups. You’ll be invited to lie down on a comfortable, prepared bed with fresh blankets, pillows, and optional heat for added comfort.

We’ll begin with a short, relaxed chat to explore what you’d like from the session. This could be deep rest, peace, and “me time,” or something more intentional like clarity, emotional release, improved focus, or a shift in energy. There are many possible outcomes, and each session is tailored to you.

You don’t need any experience with meditation or sound healing—and you don’t need to be “good” at relaxing. Everything is gently guided and fully supported, with no judgement.

The session will include light breathwork, a short guided meditation, optional visualisation, and intention setting, followed by your sound journey. The instruments, tones, rhythm, and flow are intuitively adapted to support your experience.

You are free to simply lie back and receive. You may feel relaxed, emotional, reflective, or even restless at times—everything is welcome. It’s okay to move, fidget, express emotion, speak, or make notes if you wish.

It’s also completely fine if you fall asleep—your body will still absorb the benefits of the sound and vibrations.

While you can pause at any time, you may find it most beneficial to stay with the journey and allow it to unfold naturally.

My Training & Approach

I am currently working towards my qualification with the Sound Healing Academy, a well-respected training provider known for its structured, research-informed approach to sound healing. Their teaching combines practical skills, professional standards, and an understanding of how sound can support relaxation and wellbeing.

While I am professionally training in this field, I am not a therapist or psychologist. I offer these sessions from a place of genuine passion for healing, with a strong focus on self-care, rest, and relaxation. All sessions are guided by what I have learned through my training, and are designed to support your wellbeing in a gentle, non-clinical way.

Respecting Personal Boundaries

All instruments are played off the body, either around you or within your space. The sound may be still or gently moved around you to create a flowing, immersive experience.

There may be minimal, gentle touch during the session—such as a light placement of hands on the shoulders or forehead—to support grounding or relaxation. This will always be respectful, appropriate, and can be discussed or declined at any time. Your comfort and consent are always the priority.

If you have any sensitivities (such as sound, scent, or mobility), please let me know in advance so I can adjust the session for you. There is no pressure to speak or interact—this is your personal experience.

Grounding and Aftercare

The session will come to a slow, gentle close, followed by a short grounding exercise to help you return to the present moment.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to take your time. You may wish to sit quietly, reflect, or share your experience. Water will be offered, and I may suggest simple aftercare practices such as rest, hydration, or a warm shower to help you integrate the session.

Session Structure & Ethical Care

Each session follows a gentle, supportive structure designed to help you feel safe and at ease. Confidentiality is always respected, and this space is held with care and trust.

For children under 16 or vulnerable individuals, a parent, guardian, or carer must be present.

Health Considerations

Sound healing is generally safe, but please let me know if any of the following apply to you:

  • Pregnancy (especially first trimester)

  • Epilepsy

  • Serious mental health conditions

  • Pacemakers or metal implants

  • Recent surgery or injuries

  • Sound sensitivity or use of hearing aids

If you have any concerns, it’s best to check with a healthcare professional before attending.

Closing Thoughts

This session is your time—to pause, reset, and reconnect. However your body and mind respond is exactly as it should be.

Come as you are, with openness and ease, and allow the sound to guide you.
