Ground yourself, enjoy relaxation & unlock your potential

A warm welcome to Clarity Sound Therapy - offering 1:1, couple, and small group sound therapy sessions.

Do you ever feel sluggish, heavy, or unmotivated? Do you feel your body is stiff or holding onto tension-  layers of past experiences or emotions, or stuck in fight or flight? Or perhaps a life event is weighing you down and you want to feel free and released from the stress?

Sound healing can release stored energy and emotion, clearing blockages helping you feel more lifted and free in many ways.

Sound therapy is an ancient practice that supports relaxation, helping you let go and create space for new emotions, ideas, and energy. As the body begins to regulate, you may experience improved sleep, enhanced mood, greater focus, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.

Working on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, sound therapy creates space to pause, reset, and reconnect. The experience can bring awareness to thoughts and feelings beneath the surface, often leading to clarity, realisation, and emotional release—helping you feel lighter, more balanced, and aligned.

Each session is a deeply immersive journey. It may feel soothing and restorative, or powerful and transformative—sometimes both within the same experience.

My approach is contemporary, professional, and guided by both training and research, alongside care and intention. Drawing from the teachings of the Sound Healing Academy. I use a range of instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes to create therapeutic vibrations and frequencies.

Every session at Clarity Sound Therapy is tailored to you. Guided intuitively, each experience adapts to your needs in the moment—whether that’s gentle and calming for rest and regulation, or more dynamic to support emotional release and deeper transformation.

If you feel drawn to explore this work, I hope it sparks curiosity and possibility.

I look forward to welcoming you into the experience.

A little about Chloe

About Chloe - your facilitator

Like many people, my lifes journey has had many highs and lows and Sound healing has been a hugly transformative part of my life helping me connect more deeply with the path I want to take in life. My sessions have helped me recognise and release trapped emotions. It has always been a relaxing and esy space where I didn’t need to talk, I could simply rest, listen, and allow whatever needed to arise to come naturally.

I’m a first-time mum to a beautiful baby girl who has brought so much meaning and perspective into my life. Balancing motherhood with studying and growing this practice means that everything I offer comes from lived experience, care, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

I am currently training with the Sound Healing Academy, a respected and accredited organisation known for its professional and in-depth approach to sound therapy. While I am still completing my qualification, I work in alignment with the guidance and practices from my training, offering sessions with care, integrity, and intention. I am not a therapist or psychologist, but someone who deeply values rest, self-care, and creating supportive spaces for others.

Clarity Sound Therapy is an opportunity foe me to help others in a way sound therapy has helped me.

Welcome to Your Sound Journey -

A gentle read before attending your session

Etiquette

Please arrive around 5 minutes early to allow for parking and to settle into the space. Sessions take place in a calm, professional environment where mutual respect and consideration are important.

A Safe and Nurturing Space

This is your time to rest, receive, and reconnect through sound. Every experience is unique—there is no right or wrong way to feel. Some sounds may bring deep relaxation, while others may gently bring awareness to emotions or physical sensations.

You are always in control of your experience. If anything feels uncomfortable, you can shift your attention to your breath or body, or simply adjust your position. You’re welcome to move, sit up, or reposition yourself at any time to feel more at ease.

What to Expect / Your Engagement

Sessions take place in a cosy studio, either 1:1, pairs or in small groups. You’ll lie on a comfortable bed with blankets, pillows, and optional heat for added comfort.

We start with a short chat to understand what you’d like from the session—whether that’s rest and relaxation, or something more focused such as clarity, emotional release, improved focus, or an energetic shift. Each session is tailored to you. No experience is needed, and there’s no expectation to be “good” at relaxing.

The session includes:

  • Light breathwork

  • A short guided meditation

  • Visualisation and intention setting

  • A personalised sound journey

During the Session

You can simply lie back and receive. You may feel relaxed, emotional, reflective, or restless—everything is welcome. You’re free to move, express emotion, or rest as needed. Falling asleep is completely fine. While you can pause at any time, staying with the session often allows for a deeper experience.

Please come with an open mind. However you arrive—stressed, anxious, emotional, or energised—you will be supported. The intention is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can fully relax and allow the session to unfold naturally.

My Training & Approach

I am currently working towards my qualification with the Sound Healing Academy, a well-respected training provider known for its structured, research-informed approach to sound healing. Their teaching combines practical skills, professional standards, and an understanding of how sound can support relaxation and wellbeing.

While I am professionally training in this field, I am not a therapist or psychologist. I offer these sessions from a place of genuine passion for healing, with a strong focus on self-care, rest, and relaxation. All sessions are guided by what I have learned through my training, and are designed to support your wellbeing in a gentle, non-clinical way.

Respecting Personal Boundaries

All instruments are played away from the body, either around you or above the body. The sound may be still or gently moved around you to create a flowing, immersive experience. There may be minimal, gentle touch during the session—such as a light placement of my hands on the shoulders or forehead to support grounding or relaxation. If you have any sensitivities (such as sound, scent, or mobility), please let me know in advance so I can adjust the session for you. There is no pressure to speak or interact—this is your personal experience.

Grounding and Aftercare

The session will come to a slow, gentle close, followed by a short grounding exercise to help you return to the present moment.Afterwards, you’re welcome to take your time. You may wish to sit qu ietly, reflect, or share your experience. Water will be offered, and I may suggest simple aftercare practices such as rest, hydration, or a warm shower to help you integrate the session.

Session Structure & Ethical Care

Each session follows a gentle, supportive structure designed to help you feel safe and at ease. Confidentiality is always respected, and this space is held with care and trust. For children under 16 or vulnerable individuals, a parent, guardian, or carer must be present.

Closing Thoughts

This session is your time—to pause, reset, and reconnect. However your body and mind respond is exactly as it should be.

Come as you are, with openness and ease, and allow the sound to guide you.
