Do you ever feel like something is perhaps missing, out of balance or like you’re carrying a weight that you can’t quite shake off? Maybe you’ve tried different ways to feel better, but still, something feels off, stagnant, flat. Do you feel like you have perhaps lost a little of your spark, your motivation, determination, dreams and desire for more? You’re not alone, and it’s completely okay to feel this way.

A sound bath is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing oneself in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or tuning forks. During a sound bath, participants typically lie down or sit comfortably in a calm, quiet environment while the facilitator plays these instruments. The sounds and vibrations aim to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing by influencing the body and mind.
The concept behind a sound bath is that the sound frequencies can help balance energy, clear blockages, and improve overall well-being. Many people find that the experience allows them to enter a meditative state, reduce tension, and enhance mental clarity. Some studies suggest that sound baths can help with anxiety, sleep disturbances, and even chronic pain. It's a non-invasive practice that people often turn to as a way to relax, restore balance, and support physical and emotional health.

At Clarity Sound Therapy, we understand that these feelings often come from deeper blockages that can leave us feeling disconnected or stuck. Our sound healing sessions are thoughtfully designed to create those “Ah-ha” moments, helping you uncover answers, simplify complex struggles, and discover easier paths to healing.
By clearing blockages, we create a state of mind that fosters healing, progress, new ideas, and clarity.

We’re here to support you with compassion and care, offering a safe space to release what’s holding you back. By joining our group sessions, you're taking a step toward feeling more aligned, vibrant, and at peace within yourself.
I hope this page ignites your interest, and I hope to see you at my Sound Bath. All the love, Chloe.
Chloe, your facilitator at
Clarity Sound Therapy
Hi there, I'm Chloe - the founder of Clarity Sound Therapy.
We all have an individual story to tell, the story of our own life. My story is 28 years long and I will simplify those years to say a little about myself.
I have experienced many highs and lows in life, just like you and the person you last came into contact with. I have been, and am still on a quest to find the most peace, love, and joy in every day.
After over a decade of taking part in various therapies for my own inner work, I am very passionate about creating a space for healing and growth in others in a safe, local space where you can exist, with no requirements but to relax, and listen to the sound and let the rest come to you naturally. A class where you do not need to talk, to open up, to disucss, to plan, prepare, a class where you can be guided and expeiance very profound impacts of sound healing.

Sound therapy has been very transformational in my life, I have also witnessed magnificant results in others, too. The melody, vibrations and frequencies used can help reduce chronic pain, ease migraines, soothe muscular tension, regulate blood pressure, improve digestion, and quiet a racing mind as just some examples. Sound Therapy is shown to support nervous system regulation, encouraging the body to shift out of fight-or-flight mode and into deep rest and repair. When we feel better in our bodies, the impact reaches far beyond the physical, with less pain and anxiety, sleep often improves, emotional regulation becomes easier, and we begin to feel more present in our lives. This can lead to healthier relationships, better focus at work, more patience with loved ones, a greater sense of connection with ourselves, and a noticeable lift in mood, energy, and overall happiness.

The sound really takes you on a journey, you can often find yourself recieving suppresed thoughts, feelings and emotions, however a naturally occuring processing occours and can often lead to an "ah ha' or "oh wow' moment- where you have a big realisation, a big reminder, a message to get you back on track, to guide you into tomorow and release you from whatever was holding you back.
I invite you to join us and embrace your unique journey in a beauty way with Sound and meditation as your guide.

I am currently training with the Sound Healing Academy, a respected and accredited institution known for its in-depth, professional approach to sound therapy. While I am still in the process of completing my training, I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from such an esteemed organization, which is dedicated to providing top-tier education and accreditation in the field of holistic sound healing.

A Guide to your Sound Healing Journey
A 'must read' prior to attending your session

Etiquette:
To ensure a peaceful and grounding experience for everyone, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins. This will give you time to settle in, set up comfortably, and prepare for the session without feeling rushed. Once the session begins, we encourage a quiet, mindful atmosphere to respect everyone’s space and experience. Please make sure your phone is on silent mode during the session. It’s advised to contact any family or friends beforehand if you anticipate needing to be reached during the session.
Safe and Nurturing Space:
This session is a space for you to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself through sound. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to feel. Some sounds may soothe deeply, while others may stir emotions or bring awareness to new sensations. If you feel discomfort at any time, gently shift your focus—perhaps to your breath, a comforting scent, or the sensation of the floor beneath you. You’re welcome to adjust your position, sit up, or move to the edge or back of the room if that feels better for you.
What to Expect
Sound healing works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. We encourage you to lay down during the session with your neck and back supported by cushions, allowing your legs and head to be raised comfortably. Blankets are provided to keep you warm, as the relaxation can sometimes lower body temperature. It is also advised to bring an eye mask to block out light, a hot water bottle for extra comfort, or any personal comfort items you may need to help you relax fully. A bottle of water is also recommended to stay hydrated throughout the session. Please ensure your phone is on silent mode during the session. It is a good idea to contact any family or friends beforehand if you anticipate needing to be reached during the session. You may experience deep relaxation, lightness, or inner clarity, while others might feel emotions rising or a sense of release. Your body and mind will take exactly what they need from the session. If you wish, you can set a gentle intention for your healing—such as inviting peace, balance, or clarity—which may help guide your experience.
Grounding and Aftercare:
When the session ends, take your time returning to full awareness. I’ll offer water, and you might find sitting quietly, stretching, or taking a gentle walk outdoors helps you integrate the experience. Trust your body and honor its needs. The effects of sound healing can continue beyond the session. If you’d like, I can suggest simple self-care practices like mindful breathing, listening to soothing sounds, or moments of stillness to carry this calm into your daily life.
Respecting Personal Boundaries
All sounds in this session are played off the body, respecting your personal space. If physical touch is ever necessary (for example, to assist someone who is unwell), I will always ask for your consent first. If you have any sensitivities—such as sound sensitivity, mobility concerns, or issues with scents—please let me know so I can ensure your comfort. You’re never required to speak or engage with others during the session; a gentle smile is always welcome.
Session Structure and Ethical Care:
Each session follows a gentle, structured flow to support ease and comfort. Confidentiality is always respected—if you’d like to discuss anything privately, this space is one of trust. If working with children under 16 or vulnerable adults, a guardian or carer must be present.
Health Considerations (Contraindications):
Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but please inform me if you fall into any of the following categories:Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester)Epilepsy (some sounds may trigger seizures)Serious mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia or severe depression)Pacemakers or metal implants (certain vibrations may interfere with devices)
Recent surgery or injuries (sound vibrations may be intense for healing tissue)
Sound sensitivity or hearing aids (so I can adjust the session as needed)If you have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Closing Thoughts:
This session is for you—a moment of stillness, healing, and self-care. How your body and mind respond is exactly what you need in this moment. Allow yourself to receive with openness and ease, letting the sound guide you to peace, clarity, and the truth within.

'As a man, and somewhat sceptical, this class was far more beneficial for me than expected. I felt I was dreaming whilst awake and felt rested and soothed after the session'

''Chloe has a very powerful presence, she leads the group into a relaxing state so peacefully, I was nervous and worried I wouldn't be able to sit still or relax, but after 10 minutes I felt like I could stay there all day, the Sound Bath was truly magical, like nothing else I have tried before'
Megan T
''I didn't realise a Sound Bath could be so incredible, I thought it was something for only people that call themselves 'Hippy' but I can honestly say after a long day in the office it was exactly what I needed, my partner said I was like a new person when I came home''.
